Commercial Construction Estimator

Qualified candidate must be proficient with completing take-offs for site and excavation plans and have knowledge of construction details.   Must be able to prepare and submit Public Bids and the information necessary for Performance Bond Applications.  Horticultural plant knowledge is a plus. Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.

 

Landscape Construction Crew Leader

With the guidance of the Superintendent and/or Production Manager, the Crew Leader oversees the efficient operation and installation of landscape designs while operating within the budget guidelines (estimated hours and materials).  The Crew Leader works in cooperation with Landscape Design Dept., Estimator, Purchaser, Facility and Nursery Manager, with quality customer satisfaction as top priority.

With the guidance of the Crew Leader assists with the efficient operation and installation of landscape designs.
