Tartan Residence

The coastal New England architecture helped influence the master plan for this large estate. The scope of work needed to incorporate the severe grade changes in the rear lawn area and the walk out at the back of the home. Other requirements included a lap swimming pool, pool house, outdoor living terraces, spa tub, perimeter fence with an arbor entrance and several planting beds. The hardscape surface areas were designed to be organic in shape complimented by natural rock outcroppings creating informal terracing of relaxed outdoor living,
