In this 2017 Award winner, we took existing features with the addition of a new carriage house to create an all new stunner. This house was originally designed by Peabody Landscape Group as a Parade of Homes house in 2009. In 2017, as part of remodel/addition project, the backyard was transformed, tying the existing elements like the bluestone patio and fireplace together with the new structures, fountain, bar and carriage house. The use of the 3D allowed the client to see this transformation before a shovel touched the ground.
